I loved my experience with the brokers at Pacific Crest. I’ve worked with both Rebecca and Kristin here for our insurance needs and they are amazing! Very responsive and helped me find better prices for my insurance. I initially reached out last year and worked with Rebecca and she stayed in contact with me a few months later to discuss rates, but at the time we were fine. I reached out again this year after our home insurance rates increased and Kristin’s services were as great as the first time with Rebecca and the prices aligned this time for our needs so I signed up for both home and auto insurance with them and got lower payments. This entire team (I've worked with Yadira, Kayla, etc. and they are all great) are not only prompt and pleasant but make the confusing world of home owners insurance easier. I ask MULTIPLE questions and like to be walked through every process and they do an excellent job at this. Coming from an agent that wouldn't even call back (why I switched in 2025) to now having someone answer all calls is a breath of fresh air.
