I loved my experience with the brokers at Pacific Crest. I’ve worked with both Rebecca and Kristin here for our insurance needs and they are amazing! Very responsive and helped me find better prices for my insurance. I initially reached out last year and worked with Rebecca and she stayed in contact with me a few months later to discuss rates, but at the time we were fine. I reached out again this year after our home insurance rates increased and Kristin’s services were as great as the first time with Rebecca and the prices aligned this time for our needs so I signed up for both home and auto insurance with them and got lower payments. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Kayla.  She was absolutely exceptional throughout what was a very difficult and stressful mortgage application process.  From the beginning, she was compassionate, understanding, and truly took the time to listen and support me every step of the way.
Her responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference during a challenging time.  She consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide guidance, and make sure I felt supported and informed.  Her empathy and genuine care stood out and made a stressful process feel much more manageable.
