He has designations which show his dedication to excellence in the industry. Mark has earned the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation which is a 140 hour, five-course program covering Personal Insurance, Commercial Casualty Insurance, Commercial Property Insurance, Life & Health Insurance and Insurance Agency Management. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
Christine Holley, Vice President, is a licensed Health Insurance agent and a licensed Customer Service Representative. She has earned the prestigious Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. Her specialty at Lakewood Financial is providing Individual Health Insurance and Group Health Insurance to our customers. Christine brings over 20 years human resources management experience and her passion for helping others to assessing our client’s health insurance needs. Her main focus is being a trusted advisor to ensure our customers and their families have the right policy to meet their needs and that fit their overall financial plan. Christine is also a graduate of the University of Florida.
Kristin Gregg has been with L&M Insurance Group for 10 years. With her friendly personality and customer service orientation, she is always looking for ways to make your experience with our agency a positive one. She is a 2-20 licensed insurance agent, with a focus on personal lines insurance. Mobile home insurance is one of her specialties.
Lindsay is our office manager and has been with the agency for more than four years, but has been in the insurance industry since moving from England in 2018. She is a 2-20 licensed insurance agent who supports the sales/service teams, focusing on the operational and administrative aspects of all policies written by the agency. Lindsay handles the day-to-day management of our busy office and plays a crucial role in managing the commercial policy renewals for the agency.
Dalia has been in the insurance industry for more than 11 years and has been with the agency for nearly five of those. She is a licensed 4-40 customer service representative, and she also assists our Spanish-speaking clients. She is friendly, service oriented and looks forward to assisting you when you call or come in.
Brianna is our office receptionist and a member of our customer service staff. She has her 4-40 customer service license and has been with the office for more than three years. She is the person you will speak with when you call our office and helps with multiple customer service issues and is happy to provide what assistance she can.
